Are you doing your best, always?

“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” 2 CORINTHIANS 9:6 In whatever you do,

“Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously.” 2 CORINTHIANS 9:6

In whatever you do, keep that in mind. Do not sow sparingly.

If it is work, put in 100%. The worst regret is usually “I wish I had done my best.”

No leader wants to be in a company of folks who don’t put in their best.

Consider partaking in a tug of war game, and some of your team members just hold the rope instead of adding effort. You could be injured because of the let down by some team members.

That is what happens in the workplace. When one of the team members does not put in their best, the team suffers. As it is written in the 2 Corinthians, 9:6. Never sow sparingly.

You end up losing. Usually.
