Marketing after a conference

I met a gentleman who had attended our 3rd annual cybersecurity conference in Kampala as one of the sponsors. I asked “how was the conference? Did you really make a return on investment? To which he replied, “Thanks a lot for the opportunity to partner with you. We have so far visited 15 companies and made presentations.

Lesson: Follow up the attendees who registered in your guest book at your desk immediately after the training. Following up should be consistent. Do not remove the feet on the pedal, until you stop the car. Since your company is here for good, you must be able to follow prospects daily. Go to make sales pitches. Meet their teams and be consistent. Go with some freebies too.
